Intake Checklist

Have this ready before your call

TDH is built for rapid assessment, risk control, and stabilization. The fastest way to get value from your first call is to come prepared with the essentials below.

If you have already booked a call, complete the Pre-Call Triage form you received by email and upload any relevant documents. Do not send passwords.

Required for Triage

Please have the following ready. If something is unavailable, we will work with what you have.

  • Point of contact: name, title, email, mobile number

  • Company basics: legal name, website, location(s), headcount

  • Decision authority: who can approve engagement and spend

  • Urgency: hard deadlines, hearings, bank or investor timelines, regulator dates, major client deadlines

  • Situation summary: 2 to 5 sentences on what happened, what is happening now, and why it is urgent

  • 30-day outcome: what “better” looks like within the next 30 days

Strongly Recommended Documents

Upload what you have. Do not delay the process trying to make it perfect.

Business and financial

  • Most recent P&L and balance sheet

  • Cash summary, recent bank statements, or a basic cash snapshot

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable aging (if available)

Operations and leadership

  • Org chart, or a simple list of leaders and responsibilities

  • Current KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, or weekly reports (if any)

Risk, disputes, and deadlines

  • Any demand letter, notice, complaint, regulator communication, or written deadline

  • Key contracts involved (client, vendor, partner, lease, lender)

  • Timeline document, even if it is rough

What Not to Send

To protect you and your organization, we do not accept the following:

  • Passwords or credentials of any kind

  • Full Social Security numbers or complete bank account numbers

  • Highly sensitive personal data that is not necessary for advisory triage

If sensitive information is required later, we will provide a controlled method for handling it.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

  1. You submit the Request Triage form.

  2. You receive an email with the next steps and the Pre-Call Triage questionnaire link.

  3. You upload documents, then we review and confirm the correct path: assessment, stabilization sprint, risk control, KPI cadence, or ongoing counsel.
